I love the taste of lavender in my cold brew or in a warm cozy latte. I have made this recipe with both organic cane sugar and honey, and both are delicious!
1 cup of filtered water
3/4 cup of organic cane sugar or honey
2 tbs of dried lavender buds
Add ingredients to to a sauce pan, bring to a simmer, stirring until the sugar or honey has dissolved.
Take off heat, cover with lid and let sit for 30 min to 1 hr.
Filter and pour into jar. Will store in fridge for a few weeks.
Add 1 tsp per cup of coffee or tea (or more to your liking!)
