Great topic! I’ve been on the same journey the last couple years and have finally found some great skirts for day to day that I feel comfortable in and that are functional too (must have pockets!). Thinking of trying my hand at sewing one with some good quality fabric during the slower season this winter.
I also wanted to recommend the book The Web That Has No Weaver by Ted Kaptchuk if you haven’t come across it already in your learning about fascia. More about acupuncture theory, but that is also all about fascia!
God bless!
