I’ve been a homemaker for 6 years and the last 3 years I have been learning how to wear dresses. I know that may sound silly to some, but as someone who grew up playing sports and felt dresses were for formal events only, it has taken some time for me to get over this idea I had in my mind that I look awkward in dresses! I do feel I am on the other side of it, and I hope sharing my story will encourage you if you find yourself in a similar place of trying to learn how to wear dresses.
